This project will be closing at the end of the month. We would like to extend our thanks to the Big Lottery's 'Communities Living Sustainably' initiative for funding it, for the partner organisations who have helped make it happen, but in particular to all the amazing Middlesbrough residents who have worked so hard to reduce the carbon impact of their lives and homes.
We will leave this page open as an archive of useful information and photographs of what's been achieved, but it will not be updated.
You may wish to instead follow the Middlesbrough Environment City page (), the organisation that managed the One Planet Middlesbrough project, and who continues to work on environmental and sustainability projects in the town (more info also by visiting www.menvcity.org.uk). If you're a young person, you may find the One Planet Pioneers page helpful. And if you're particularly interested in local food, then the Growing Middlesbrough: Middlesbrough Local Food Network is the place to be! You can find out more information about each of these by calling 01642 579820 too.
Thank you again for your hard work and support throughout.
Joe, Amanda, Catherine, Dewi, Margaret and Mitch.
