The Bank Holiday weekend started on Thursday for Medics UK
The weekend sees our team providing medical cover at 9 horse racing venues, 5 motor sport events, an Agricultural show , football a scooter rally and a first for us wrestling!

Fantastic first day of the season at Cricket today.
Beautiful weather and an amazing result.
What a weekend to come York Safe Haven, Football Play Offs, Motorsport, Horse Racing, Medics in heavy industry and remote medicine and even a medieval reenactment festival.
All this over and above our normal business activities.
Still accepting applications from dedicated people who would enjoy working with a professional and friendly team who support the career progress of pre hospital care staff of the future.

Some amazing months of Motorsport coming up, as well as the climax to the football season and start of the Cricket season, Scottish Grand National, Gold Cup and the Isle of Mann TT.
Events at football last weekend showed our teams have to react in the most urgent of circumstances, and a letter of thanks from the owner of Blackpool FC
On top of this, the behind the scenes work ensuring that we continue to provide medical cover and training that is over and above the standard required.
