As part of the Crossing The Tees Book Festival, our reader in residence will be giving two talks on Tuesday 2 June 2026 at Hemlington Community Hub & LIbrary.

Our Coastal Resorts - 10.30 am to 11.45 am

Reclaiming Land for Nature - 1.15 pm to 2.30 pm

Both events are free.

Our next Coffee morning will be held on Tuesday 26 May 2026 at Hemlington Community Hub and Library from 10.00 am to 11.30 am. This event is hosted by the Friends of Hemlington Community Hub and Library.

Why not pop in and enjoy a coffee or tea and tell us what events and activities you would like to see in the Library.

We are looking for volunteers to join our Friends group. If you are interested please ask at the library.
