Our young people have started creating their very own enterprise products that will be available to purchase at our café.

So far, they have been busy making beautiful handmade bracelets, keyrings and cards. This is a fantastic opportunity for them to develop new skills, build confidence and experience the whole process of creating products to sell.

We can’t wait to share more of their creations with you when the café opens! ☕✨

Today we chose to make a delicious chicken curry, and look how amazing it turned out! 🍛 It tasted just as good as it looked.
We finished the session off with some sweet treats, and it was lovely to see everyone getting involved.
It’s amazing to see the confidence growing in the kitchen, from learning new skills to trying different foods. We are so proud of the progress everyone is making. 💙

Yesterday in the kitchen, we cooked a gorgeous Chinese noodle dish packed with veg, followed by some tasty treats 🍜🍰

We spent time focusing on hob safety and building confidence with cooking, learning how to stay safe while becoming more independent in the kitchen. 👏

We are very excited to announce that from September, we will be opening a café every Monday at Trinity Methodist Church, Acklam.

This is a fantastic step forward in giving our young people real-life opportunities to develop skills, build confidence, and gain valuable experience in a supportive community setting.☕✨
