Did you get a leaflet delivered last weekend? 🗞️

A team of South Tees Green Party volunteers delivered nearly a thousand leaflets to residents in Saltburn, asking what matters the most to them.

This is just the start of our campaigning, and we’ll be having plenty more action days for our members to get involved with in the future, stay posted with updates via our socials or email list 💚

Get involved! We’ve got some events for our members coming up next week 🗓️

🧑‍💼 ORGANISATIONAL MEETING
On Monday 9th March we’ll be hosting our monthly organisational meeting via zoom at 7pm. For the link to join, check your email if you’re signed up to our newsletter, or see our WhatsApp community group chat.

📣 WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!
That Saturday after at 10:30am, we’ll be hosting an action day to campaign in Saltburn for next year’s council elections - meeting at Saltburn station. We will be delivering leaflets and knocking on doors raising awareness for the Green Party. If you’re able to, it would be great to have a good amount of members to help us out here. You can find more details on our email list and RSVP through Action Network.

🗣️ SOCIAL MEETING
After our action day, we will be meeting at The Wren Cafe for a social meeting of our members. This will be great for all South Tees members who can attend to come grab a coffee with us and meet like-minded greens at a great vegan cafe! Feel free to come along to either the social meeting, the action day or both! More information on our email list and you can register via Action Network.

We are incredibly excited for Hannah Spencer to become the 5th Green Party MP - the first in the north (and by a huge majority too 👀)!

The Green Party can win in the North, but we can’t do it on our own. Join the South Tees Green Party and let’s get campaigning for our upcoming council elections.

LET'S GET ANOTHER GREEN MP ELECTED 💚

This Saturday, 14th February, Green Party members are invited to campaign in one of the most important by-elections in the country.

The Gorton and Denton by-election is coming up, the Green Party is surging in the polls, and is the only option to beat Reform.

If you’re a Green Party member, you should have received an email from North East Greens with details of the Big Day Out, campaigning alongside Zack Polanski, Mothin Ali, and our candidate Hannah Spencer.

We’re very pleased to announce Marc Teasdale as our candidate for the upcoming Zetland ward by-election in Redcar and Cleveland! 💚�
Green councillors are taking over wards all across the country, and Zetland could be the next one. Greens can win in Redcar - we’re currently the biggest party with 18-49 year olds in the UK. 📈
