This is known as recovery fraud and is itself a scam. No legitimate organisation will guarantee the recovery of lost funds or charge a fee to do so. If you are approached in this way:

⚠️ Product Recall for Squeezy Dumplings.

The product presents a serious chemical risk because the outer layer contains an excess concentration of benzene. If inhaled, benzene can cause irritation to the eyes, nose and throat. Exposure to large amounts may also cause a burning feeling throughout the digestive tract and skin irritation. Improvements are also required to product labelling and marking.

The products have been recalled from customers by Samsons Cash and Carry Ltd.

Anyone with this product should stop using it immediately and keep it out of reach of children. ⚠️

⚠️ Public Safety Warning – “Squishy Buns” Toys ⚠️🚨
Milton Keynes City Council Trading Standards Team is urging parents and carers to be aware of a growing social media craze involving “Squishy Buns”, “Steamed Dumplings” , “Squeezy gel-filled Dumplings” and other similar "Squishy or Gel-filled" toys. 🥟🧈
These products are being sold in some convenience stores, markets, and online marketplaces.
Investigations have found that some of these toys may not meet essential UK safety standards and can contain dangerous levels of toxic chemicals, including benzene, which may pose serious health risks.
☑️ Before buying or allowing children to use these products, check that they:
• Have clear permanent labelling
• Show the name and address of a UK manufacturer or importer
• Include a batch/model number
• Display CE or UKCA safety markings
• Contain safety warnings and instructions in English
• Include age warnings where applicable (such as “Not suitable for children under 3”)
