🚑 Emergency Care Assistants — join Spark Medical

CQC-regulated. Experts in pre-hospital care, and we’re recruiting ECAs across the UK.

This isn’t one type of shift. You’ll work across frontline and event medical services, responding to emergency and non-emergency calls alongside your crew mate.

You’ll need:
✅ Valid FREC 4
✅ Full UK manual licence (max 6 points), held 12+ months
✅ Physical fitness and a genuinely compassionate approach
✅ CERAD Level 3 and frontline experience are a bonus, not a barrier

What you get:
💷 £14.50 per hour
📅 4 on, 4 off — 2,080 annualised hours minimum
📈 Real development: CPD events, ambulance driver training, annual BLS/ILS for committed staff
🚐 A modern, multipurpose fleet behind you

Another Successful Repatriation Completed 💙✈️
