Bank Holiday Weekend is here! 🌦️

It wouldn’t be a British Bank Holiday without a little bit of… well, typical British Bank Holiday weather! ☔🌤️😄

Just a reminder that the Wolverton and Greenleys Town Council office and our services (including our Tea-Time Club) will be closed on Monday. The Town Council office will reopen as normal on Tuesday at 10am.

But don’t let the weather put you off, there’s still plenty to see and do in the parish and across Milton Keynes this Bank Holiday weekend! 💚

Bus Stop Relocation Update from MKCC🚍

As part of Phase 3 of the Agora development, the temporary bus stop on Church Street will need to be relocated later this year. Following discussions with Transport colleagues and Arriva, a location on Stratford Road is the preferred option due to constraints at the alternative site.

Further details and confirmed timings will be shared soon.

The Annual Wolverton Scarecrow Festival 2026 returns to the street of Wolverton across the weekend of 12th & 13th September as part of the Living Archive Heritage Open Days.

We would love for as main local residents and business to take part and look forward to seeing all the fantastic creations.

Not sure how to make a scarecrow?!?
There is a helpful guide printed on page 9 of the most recent Community Magazine which can also be seen below.

If you are making a scarecrow and would like it to appear on the official scarecrow map, please make sure that you let the Town Council know by emailing [email protected] by noon on Thursday 10th September.

🗺 The official scarecrow map will be found on our website or via the event page ahead of the weekends event.
