This week, we had the wonderful team from Singer Instruments here at the library doing amazing science stuff with 3D printers, robotic arms and spinners! Our budding little scientists didn't disappoint either with both sessions fully booked ❤️ All of our events throughout the summer are FREE and dependant on you- our amazing readers and the generosity of organisations like Singer Instruments, Nettlecombe Court and the fundraising from our Friends of Minehead library. Thank you 🙏 Don't forget there are some more events to come before our summer reading challenge ends!

Today we made.... Castanets! We were inspired by guinea pigs, crocodiles, an axolotl, a dog with a bow, and a dragon! Thank you to everyone who joined us today, you were amazing! ❤️Congratulations too, to all our fabulous readers who are smashing this year's Summer Reading Challenge! Don't forget there is still time to complete the challenge and to enter our FREE prize draw to win some Bluetooth headphones and a book token 😄
