🌺 🌼 🌷 We are delighted to announce that our Memory Garden is now officially open. 🌷 🌼 🌺

Created as a peaceful space for reflection, remembrance and quiet moments, the garden offers a special place to honour and celebrate the lives of loved ones who will always be remembered.

We're also pleased to launch our Memory Garden Tribute plaques. These personalised slates can be dedicated to someone special and displayed beneath the beautiful Chestnut Tree within the garden, creating a tribute in their memory.

Whether you wish to remember a family member, friend or someone who made a difference in your life, a tribute plaque provides a meaningful way to keep their memory close while supporting the vital care provided by St David's Hospice Care.
