The Woman who has Herself

When a woman has herself
you can enter or leave her life
you can flatter or judge her
and she, she will receive or say goodbye to you kindly
and she will thank you and understand your shadows
because she already knows hers.
You probably won't tolerate it and at the same time
you want to own it and you will end up walking away
from her if you don't have the courage to respect her.
When a woman has herself
the Universe Dances at her feet, and She rises.
She becomes compassionate.
She chooses.
She is aware.
She gives and receives Love.
It is easy to recognize it.
The Woman Who Has Herself
she smiles in the sun as in the storm.
She celebrates life and understands death.
She lives and dances the processes.
She doesn't have a hue, she's a rainbow.

When a woman awakens and starts to own all of herself, letting go of the need to cover up or defend herself and instead accepts all of her idiosyncrasies, fears, wounds, false programs, flaws, icky moods, fat thighs, sweaty armpits etc and supports her unique imperfect self instead of judging, rejecting and wishing that she were different or like somebody else, she has entered the promised land of freedom and self empowerment.

She starts to drop the posing, defence mechanisms, competitiveness, jealousy and all the false gods that she previously used as crutches, false images or places to hide parts of herself... What is left is a Woman of Strength, courage, fortitude and a woman that is compassionately understanding towards others because she is able to give to others what she has given to herself... She becomes fearlessly authentic, she finds her Voice, there is no longer shame, therefore she no longer needs to hide or change any part of herself... She's able to overcome any fears of rejection for being true to herself.

Ironically, when a woman claims and accepts her shadow, that which she rejected and suppressed about herself transforms from being dysfunctional to being a strength and the energy that it was previously draining from her becomes available to her. Such a woman gives others permission to accept themselves as they are, her own freedom becomes contagious.

Through being openly relaxed in her Power she empowers others.

Living your truth often means disappointing the expectations of others. That’s okay. Let them come to expect someone different, someone transformed. Let them come to expect your fierce commitment to being real. Let them come to expect your inability to compromise yourself for the benefit of those who are more comfortable when you’re small. You don’t need to change yourself to meet the world’s expectations. The world will figure out a way to love you as you are. Or not. Either way, you’re free.

Own the fact that you are different.
Own that you are a deep feeler and thinker.
Own the fact that you are tuned into a different frequency.
Own and the fact that you sense things others don’t.
Own the fact that you want to talk about angels, energy, miracles and spirituality.
Own that you’re done having meaningless conversations.
Own that you’re done holding yourself back.
Own that you crave freedom to feel the now.
It’s ok if your family don’t get you.
It’s ok if the world judges you.
It’s ok that you want to dance barefoot upon the earth and endlessly gaze at the stars.
It’s ok that you cry over sunsets and chase moonbeams.
It’s wonderful in fact.
It’s beautiful.
You have come a long way to be who you are.
So own it.
Own all of it.
Love all of you.
The world needs you to be exactly as you are.
You hold the balance in this crazy world.

We all have these days 💕

THERE WILL BE DAYS

There will be days my friend,
When you feel like you just can’t go on.
Just keep swimming.
Breathe in and breathe out and wait for the light of a new day to dawn.

There will be days, my friend....
When nothing seems to be making sense.
It’s not supposed to.
Clear your mind and open your heart, the answers will come in time.

There will be days, my friend...
When the pain rises up and engulfs you.
Be kind to yourself.
Lay low and let the tears flow like a river, release, open the floodgates, let it out.

There will be days my friend...
When it feels like the whole world is against you. When it feels like you cannot do right for doing wrong.
Just sit it out.
Tomorrow is a new day and these feelings will pass. I promise.

You see, life is all things, from one day to the next.
It is beautiful at times, wondrous, amazing and joyful - then it is awful, miserable and heart-breaking.
And the cycle goes around.
It is as it should be.
Everything is as it should be and you, you will be okay.
Have faith.
Keep hope in your heart.
Tomorrow is a new day.
