Today we hear from Sam! Sam has now been smoke free for over 3 years 😮 and is still a regular customer of ours 🥰 here’s what Sam had to say about the programme 🚭
When I started smoke busters at Up in Smoke I was smoking 40/50 ci******es a week secretly without my children knowing, I had been a smoker since being a teenager.
So I decided it was time to give up but I knew it wouldn't be easy as I'd tried to quit everytime I was carrying my children but as soon as I'd had my children I took back up smoking. Also I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and struggling with mental health issues a cigarette often took the edge off the pain and gave a calming effect.
I heard about smoke busters via Facebook and decided to give it a go.
At first it was hard but the v**e and salt liquid took away needing/craving a cigarette. Each week I attended my allocated sessions, I am not saying it was easy I found at times of crisis, pain and worry I craved a cigarette but with the excellent support from the staff at Up in Smoke i now smoke a v**e. At first the liquid content was high percentage and now I'm only on 10mg salts
Up in smoke has alot of flavour v**es its hard at first to find your flavour but once you do there's some great flavours all made on premises and cleanly made.
Without the smoke buster programme I would still be smoking and have less money in my pocket ( which at the moment we all need a little extra money ) Also I feel healthier and the smell of a cigarette doesn't appeal to me like it use to.
Up in Smoke isn't just a shop that sells v**e and liquids it a community/family who embraces everyone know matter who they are and always there to help/listen
