We’re incredibly proud to be raising money for Dementia UK, such a special charity that provides life-changing support to families living with dementia.

Dementia can affect so many lives, not just the person living with it, but their families, friends and loved ones too. Dementia UK is there when people need someone to turn to, offering expert advice, guidance and a listening ear during what can be an incredibly difficult time.

Yoga is so much more than a workout. It’s a fantastic way to improve flexibility, strength, balance and mobility, while also helping to reduce stress, clear the mind and leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised. 🌿

We’re incredibly lucky to have such a fantastic yoga instructor leading our sessions. Their knowledge, passion and dedication to the practice shine through in every class, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to develop at their own pace.

Our group exercise programme is all about bringing people together, staying active and making exercise enjoyable — and yoga is a wonderful part of that offering. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, there’s something for everyone.

A huge thank you to our amazing instructor for sharing their expertise and enthusiasm with our members. 🙏 And to everyone who joins us each week — thank you for making our group exercise community such a positive and motivating place to be!
