At our Tyne Mills Highways Depot, Cllr John Riddle highlights the rollout of 52 new refuse collection vehicles, helping to keep essential frontline services running reliably for years to come.

With warm weather and dry conditions, please pack a picnic, not a BBQ. Disposable BBQs can stay hot long after use and pose a serious wildfire risk.

🎓✨ Congratulations to all Northumberland students receiving their A-Level, BTEC and post-16 qualification results today!

We were delighted to visit Ponteland High School this morning and share in the excitement as students celebrated their achievements and looked ahead to their next steps. Whether heading to university, apprenticeships, further training or work, today marks the start of an exciting new chapter.
