It's week two of the Green Deal Home Improvement Fund and it's hotting up, you could call it the Green Deal affect. There is £50 million up for grabs. The Government has fronted this amount of cash for people to claim their cash back. This is an offer not to be missed it's not going to be around for ever so get in early and make your claim. There is up to £7600 cash back available for every household. To access this cash back scheme you will need a Green Deal Advice Report. EPC Market can complete one of these for £100 and when you apply for the Green Deal Home Improvement Fund (GDHIF) you can get £100 cash back making the report absolutely free. An example of what you can save if you install solid wall insulation at a cost of £8000 then you can claim back the maximum 75% cash back of £6000. This leaves £2000 to be financed through the green deal or personal loan or savings. If you use the green deal the repayments will be added to your electricity bill which can be spread over the lifetime of the insulation which is 25 years.

The future is green, the future is Green Deal.

Love it or hate it the Green Deal is the real deal and is here to stay.

Landlords if your rental properties are not to a certain energy efficient standard by 2018 then you will not be able to rent your property until improvements are made to the property. Act now and use the GDHIF to your advantage and get the work done at a fraction of the cost including cash back.
