We would like to advertise for the post of Customer Service Advisor at Utility Renewals Ltd based in Barrowford, Lancashire. The role involves dealing with business and domestic customers who have agreed utility gas and electricity contracts

The role involves liaising with customers directly via the telephone and communicating with them using written documentation. The successful applicant will complete numerous administrative roles and it is anticipated that the role will evolve and expand with the business. The applicant is required to possess excellent communication and listening skills and must also be competent in using IT and computer systems. The individual will be joining a vibrant successful team of sales agents who will benefit from a competitive hourly rate and generous holiday allocation. The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 0900hrs to 1700hrs and Friday 0900hrs to 1500hrs
