It's Dementia Action Week. Dementia currently affects around 944,000 people in the UK, including an estimated 28,000 people in Hampshire. Libraries can help to support those living with Dementia, and those who care for them, to live well. Our reminiscence collection is a great place to start. Available to reserve at your local Hampshire library! Pop in to ask us more about it. 😀
