The Summer Reading Challenge 2026 launches in Staffordshire Libraries on Saturday 4 July.

This year’s theme, Read to the Beat, brings together books and music to make reading even more fun.

Created in partnership with The Reading Agency and Universal Music Group UK, it’s all about helping children discover new stories and enjoy reading all summer long.

✨ We’ve got some fantastic events and activities planned for your little ones throughout the summer holidays!
