Camperdown Avenue Alert:
🌿 Getting the basics right for our neighbourhoods
After this footpath was raised with us by local residents, we’ve continued to chase it and make sure it wasn’t forgotten.
It has taken longer than we would have liked to get the work completed, and the team have apologised for the delay, but we’re really pleased to see the area finally getting the attention it needed.
A big thank you to our cleansing team for the work they’ve done. We know how many competing demands our frontline teams deal with, and their work across our communities is hugely appreciated. 👏
For us as your local councillors, though, this is exactly what the job is about. When residents raise an issue with us, we will keep following it up, keep asking the questions and keep pushing until the work gets done.
It might not always happen as quickly as we would like, but we won’t simply raise an issue and forget about it.
You raise it. We chase it. We stick with it. And we make sure our neighbourhood gets the attention it deserves. 💪🌳
