• Provide HR advice and guidance to schools and organisations
• Conduct independent investigations into disciplinary, grievance and other complex cases
• Deliver HR and safer recruitment training to a range of audiences
• Develop and review HR policies, procedures and resources

💷 Salary: £35,379.39 - £39,503.21 (term time)

Our final staff training day of the academic year brought the whole CES team together once again.
We were treated to excellent sessions led by our own consultants, including a SEND focus workshop, followed by a brand new session on understanding and challenging misogyny, which will be open for booking very soon! The morning featured thought-provoking, highly relevant content that sparked some really valuable discussion, while the afternoon brought some friendly competition with team quizzes, before we ended the day with Kroud Karaoke at Stack. A full day of learning and laughter, it's always great to bring everyone together!
