Care without borders. 🇰🇪🩺

During our Annual Continuous Training (ACT) in Kenya, our clinical teams provided healthcare to rural communities, including caring for some of the youngest patients who visited our Medical Treatment Facility.

Beyond the clinical assessment and treatment, our personnel also had the opportunity to connect with the families we were supporting. From a consultation to a colouring activity to a game of football, every interaction was an opportunity to make a positive difference. ❤️

For our Service Personnel, the experience provided invaluable clinical training while reminding us of the people at the heart of what we do: caring for others, wherever they are needed.

🌊 214 MMR making a splash! 🇰🇪

It wasn’t all clinical training during our Annual Camp in Kenya…

Our Service Personnel took on the challenge of adventurous training, tackling the rapids, working together and pushing themselves outside of their comfort zones. 🚣‍♂️💪

From navigating the water to taking an unexpected dip, the activity provided a fantastic opportunity to build teamwork, resilience and confidence — all while experiencing a very different side of Kenya. 🌍

Adventurous Training is an important part of life in the Army, giving our people the chance to challenge themselves, develop new skills and strengthen the teams they work alongside every day.

A memorable day for 214 MMR — and one that certainly made a splash! 💦

Our Annual Camp in Kenya gave our Service Personnel the opportunity to put their clinical skills to the test in a challenging environment. 👩🏻‍⚕️

But it was also an opportunity to experience everything this incredible country has to offer. 🌍

From breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable wildlife, to meeting the warm and welcoming local communities, our time in Kenya gave us plenty of memories to take home.

And, of course, no trip to Kenya would be complete without a safari… where we were lucky enough to spot four of the Big Five! 🦁🐘🦏🐃

A fantastic opportunity to train, experience, and explore beyond the clinical environment. 🇰🇪
