🏠 Joining us for the Lake Picnic on 20 June? 🧺

Make a day of it by exploring the annual 🏠 Newent Driveways 🏠 yard sale trail!

From 10am–4pm, doorsteps, driveways and gardens across Newent will be transformed into treasure troves packed with pre-loved bargains, vintage finds, collectibles, toys, books, household gems and much more. You never know what hidden treasure you might uncover!

It's a fantastic way to explore the town, meet local residents, grab a bargain and give unwanted items a new home.

🔧 Found a bargain that needs a little TLC? Don't forget the 🛠️ Mend & Repair Café 🛠️ will also be open on Saturday, where skilled volunteers may be able to help bring your new-found treasure back to life.

Then, from 4pm, head down to Newent Lake for free wraps, live music, community spirit and a chance to compare your best finds with fellow bargain hunters.

While you're out and about, why not discover the rest of our fantastic town centre too? Browse our independent retailers, enjoy a coffee or bite to eat in one of Newent's cafés, pubs or restaurants, and support the local businesses that help make our town so special.

🌸 A Huge Thank You to Our Wonderful Volunteers! 🌸

Have you spotted the beautiful floral displays brightening up Newent High Street?

A huge congratulations and thank you to the dedicated volunteers who have given up their time, energy and enthusiasm to plant these stunning displays. Their efforts have transformed the planters into vibrant bursts of colour, helping to make Newent an even more welcoming place for residents and visitors alike.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to our grounds staff, whose ongoing hard work watering the displays throughout the season will help ensure they continue looking their very best.

The combination of community spirit and dedicated care is what makes projects like this such a success.

Next time you're in town, take a moment to enjoy the displays and appreciate everyone who has played a part in bringing them to life.
