🛍️ NEWENT MARKET IS BACK TOMORROW — CONSIDER THIS YOUR OFFICIAL WARNING. 😂

📅 Saturday 17th October | 9am–1pm

Pop down for “just a browse”. Come home with brownies, a candle, some local pork and a new collar for a dog who wasn’t even consulted. 🐕🛍️

We’ve got homemade cakes, loaded cookies and possibly festive fudge — because apparently Christmas calories are accepting bookings already. 🍰🎄

There’s honey from local hives, handmade soaps, jewellery, personalised gifts and toys at hugely discounted prices. A chance to get ahead with the Christmas shopping… then spend everything you saved on cake. Excellent budgeting. 👏😂

Pick up a book to keep the children occupied, a lovely fragrance for the house and some locally produced fruit w**e. We’ll leave you to decide which order you need those in. 📚🕯️🍷

🎶 Jokers Flight will be providing the live music, so there’ll even be a soundtrack to you losing all self-control at the brownie stall.

☕ Grab a coffee, support our brilliant traders and welcome some new faces.

👇 Full trader list below. Bring a shopping bag. Your “I’m not buying anything” face won’t fool anyone.

We’re putting together a Christmas Community Events round-up to showcase everything happening in and around Newent over the festive period.

🎅 We’d love to hear about it!

📅 Please send us:

Have your say on the future of recycling bring banks ♻️

We're reviewing the future of recycling bring banks across the Forest of Dean and want to hear your views.

As more materials can now be recycled from home through our kerbside service, we're consulting on a range of options for the future of bring banks. No decisions have been made, and your feedback will help inform a future Cabinet decision.

Whether you use bring banks regularly, occasionally or not at all, we'd like to hear from you.
