Family Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Family Paralegal. You should ideally have previous experience in Private Family Law, supporting Solicitors on a broad range of matters including divorce, financial settlements, and children cases.
Responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day support to fee earners.
Meeting clients face-to-face and communicating with them via telephone and email.
Preparing and updating Court bundles.
Drafting and preparing legal documents.
Preparing client correspondence using firm templates.
General file administration and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising with clients, Barristers, Courts and other third parties by telephone, email and in person.
You should ideally have:
A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience working within a Family Law department.
Experience using a legal case management system – we use Unity.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, Outlook, Bundledocs and digital dictation software – we use BigHand.
Excellent organisational, communication and client care skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a busy law firm.
The position is available on a full-time basis. However, part-time may be available to the right candidate.

Salary – dependent on experience
Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
Due to a successful period of growth and an increased caseload, we are seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive, preferably with a minimum of five years’ PQE and, ready to hit the ground running.
We require a candidate to have experience in dealing with a vast range of Private Client matters including Probate, Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and elderly client matters.
As you will see from our client feedback and testimonials, we are a down to earth, friendly team and provide a very personal and approachable service to our clients.
You will be providing first class legal advice to the firm’s clients and have a solid billing track record and excellent client care skills.
You will be motivated, passionate about private client work and also have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well under pressure, manage a varied workload and effectively manage your time.
You will have the assistance of a secretarial team.
The position is available on a full-time basis. However, part-time may be available to the right candidate. Hybrid working is also possible.
