📚 Library Service Update from Telford & Wrekin Libraries

Thank you for your patience while we completed the migration to our new library management system.

We're pleased to confirm that library staff can now access the system and are once again able to:

✅ Issue library items
✅ Return library items
✅ Renew loans
✅ Search the catalogue

✅ BorrowBox is also available again.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused during the migration. While many services have now been restored, there have been some delays in bringing back other services, including our public PCs and brand new online service.

Our teams are continuing to work hard behind the scenes to get these remaining services up and running as soon as possible, and we will provide further updates when they become available.

Thank you for your continued patience and support.

This project has been supported through Arts Council England's Library Improvement Fund Round 3 programme.

We are still awaiting the go-ahead to switch everything back on, therefore public PCs and printing will remain unavailable for now but we hope to be back up and running soon.

Returning, borrowing and First Point are still available 😊

A reminder about disruption to our services - tomorrow we will be issuing books with pen and paper so it will take longer than usual.
