Newport Parish Council are launching an annual Community Award to recognize an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the community.

Newport Parish Council's Community Award Application Form is now available to view and download online from our website. To view the form please click on 'Document Archive' on the left hand side of the website, then click on 'Community Award'. You can download this form for printing, or visit the Clerk of Newport Parish Council at the Riverside Centre for an application form.

The only criteria you need to meet is;

The nominee must be a resident of Newport.
The nominee must act in a way that is beneficial to the community.


Please return all completed application forms to the parish office at the Riverside Centre. The closing date for applications is 28th February 2013.
