There's not long to wait now! Chase from PAW Patrol is getting ready to visit Lappa Valley, and we can't wait to welcome him!

If you've got a little PAW Patrol fan in the family, this could be the perfect opportunity to make some very special memories together.

Chase will be joining us on Sunday and Monday, with all the usual Lappa Valley fun to enjoy too!

Explore the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah Garden, Geevor Tin Mine, Wheal Martyn Clay Works, the Minack Theatre and the National Maritime Museum Cornwall!

Just ONE WEEK until Chase comes to Lappa Valley!

We're counting down the days until everyone's favourite police pup from PAW Patrol joins us for two very special days on Sunday 25th and Monday 26th October!

There's going to be plenty of excitement for our little visitors, with the chance to see Chase alongside all the usual trains, play and family fun.

It's shaping up to be a wonderful couple of days, and we'd love you to join us!

With our 2026 Fireworks Spectaculars just around the corner, we're taking a little look back at two unforgettable evenings last year!

Here's our Official Film from the 2025 Fireworks Spectaculars, capturing some of the wonderful sights and atmosphere that make these events such a highlight of the Lappa Valley calendar.

Fireworks illuminating the night sky above our historic East Wheal Rose Engine House, trains travelling through the darkness, and hundreds of families enjoying a truly spectacular evening together.

And we're getting ready to do it all again on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October!

This year's events are proving incredibly popular, with Friday now almost completely sold out, with just a handful of spaces remaining!

The good news is that there's still availability for Saturday, so there's still time to join us for an evening of spectacular fireworks, magical train journeys, family activities, food and plenty more!

If you'd love to experience it for yourself this year, we'd encourage you to secure your places soon.

Be among the first to book for 2027!

We’ve just released the first wave of Train Driver Experience dates for next year — and if you know someone who would love the chance to get behind the controls of their own train, this could be a very good time to take a look.

Our Driver Experiences have become increasingly popular, with some fantastic feedback from those who’ve taken part, so we’re expecting some of the new dates to fill fairly quickly.

It’s a wonderfully different experience for a railway enthusiast and a brilliant Christmas gift idea too. No socks. No novelty mug. Just the chance to drive a train through the Cornish countryside.

You can book a specific date online, or choose a gift voucher and let them pick their experience later.

It’s been lovely to see so many of our littlest visitors enjoying Lappa Valley recently.

With the bigger children at school, these quieter autumn days are a great chance for toddlers to take things at their own pace — riding the trains, exploring the play areas, letting off steam in soft play and enjoying a proper day out together.

There’s something rather special about having that time with them while they’re still little… even if they do insist on going on the train again. And again.

Bookings have been coming in thick and fast, with some dates now over 90% full, and Christmas Eve already sold out.
