🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Well done to all of our cross country runners who took part in the annual NMD Be Active Cross Country Challenge at Kilbroney Forest Park.

Our pupils gave their all and represented the school brilliantly throughout the morning.

The competition was extremely strong, with runners from across the district taking part, and our team should be very proud of their efforts 🌟 👏

During Outdoor Play, P1/2 made conker soap by crushing conkers and adding warm water and lemons. They used it to wash their hands later in the day.

P6/7 recently took part in an NSPCC workshop, where they engaged in important discussions about different types of abuse, staying safe, and identifying trusted adults they can talk to if they ever have any worries or concerns.

A big thank you to the NSPCC for visiting our school and delivering these valuable workshops to our P3 and P6/7 pupils.

Well done to Ellie, who achieved the first Headteacher’s Award of the year! 🌟

Mr Greenaway wanted to recognise and acknowledge Ellie’s kindness towards all members of the school community. Whether interacting with pupils, staff or visitors, Ellie is always respectful, polite and considerate.

She consistently demonstrates excellent manners and is a fantastic role model for others.
Well done, Ellie. We are very proud of you! 👏😊
