We’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team at a well-established electrical company in Newtown.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract (6 months), starting September.

🕒 Hours: 37.5hrs - 5 days a week (Monday–Friday) - Flexible

🔧 About the role:

You’ll be helping keep the office running smoothly, supporting both our team and customers. Duties include:

Answering calls and emails
Scheduling and coordinating jobs
General admin support
Preparing job sheets, quotes, and invoices
Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and customers

👤 We’re looking for someone who is:
Organised and dependable
Confident communicating with customers
Comfortable using basic office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Able to manage a busy workload
Previous admin experience is helpful, but not essential
