Newtownards Nursery School is a state funded educational establishment offering 52 full time nursery places to children age 3-4. At Newtownards Nursery we are committed to ensure the highest standards of learning and teaching for all our children. As a 'Very Good School' in the last ETI Inspection, May 2014, we provide a rich, stimulating and inspiring learning environment. We believe that, rather

than seeing the child as an empty vessel waiting to be filled with knowledge, there is a child with unlimited potential who is eager to interact and contribute to the world. We believe that observing, reflecting, assessing and documenting children's learning, successes and achievements are crucial elements of the Northern Ireland Pre-School Curriculum.

To any parents that haven’t collected their nursery information pack ready for September - there will be someone in nursery on Thursday this week between 10am - 2pm. Please pop down to collect as all information relating to start dates and induction are included in the packs.

Summer Play in the Parks

Various dates and locations in July and August. Enjoy some family time across the Summer with our Pop-up Play Events.

Bring your picnic baskets and blankets, and enjoy a variety of family-friendly lawn games.

FREE family event, suitable for all ages.
No booking required | Parental supervision is required at all times
