Normanton Labour Party

I wonder if Cllr Heidi Craig has noticed the elephant in the room?

Does she have the same view about Robert Jenrick? Danny Kruger? Suella Braverman? Andrew Rosindell?

Or more locally, does she believe that Cllr Steven Lewis should resign? Considering the rumours he was told to go Independent by people in Wakefield Reform.

If the people of Durham deserve the chance to re elect their councillors, don’t the people of Normanton, Ossett and Ackworth deserve the same?

📖Normanton's Trailblazing Baroness📖

Did You Know? Normanton-born Alice Bacon rose from a working-class background to become one of Yorkshire’s first female Labour MPs and a leading figure in post-war social reform. Her legacy continues to inspire through her dedication to education, equality and social justice.

Today marks Emergency Services Day, also known as , which is a national opportunity to recognise and give thanks to everyone who works tirelessly to keep our communities safe.
It is also a chance to honour those who have given their lives or sustained an injury, running towards danger to protect and save lives.
To everyone in the emergency services, past and present, thank you for what you do, your professionalism, dedication and compassion in the darkest of hours – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The same week that Reform UK are being investigated by the Electoral Commission and looked into by the Metropolitan Police over alleged foreign and questionable donations.

The same week they suspended Cllr Padgett — then unsuspended him.

The same week another two Reform councillors have insinuated that women who have abortions are murderers, while also defending Padgett.

And the in same week it’s revealed that Normanton Councillor Steve Lewis hasn’t switched his council laptop on since May…

And in the same week, ‘Labour Watch Wakefield’ decide to criticise us because we have a volunteer who apparently looks like Andy Burnham…. 🤣

I think we must be living rent-free in the admin’s head.

I mean… get a grip. 😂
