Exciting news - we are taking over the Pantry at Riverside! we are working jointly with the nursery and HIVE team to update the Pantry, there will be tea and coffee available , more choice of stock and more fresh produce. As we are starting again, week 1 will be a FREE shop! week two will be HLAF PRICE, and week three you will start to pay. But we are sure you will be able to stock up your cupboards so you always have some essentials to fall back on. Come along and check it out on Thursday. 11-3 at the Riverside Family Hub.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a Regional Children in Care Council worker. Is this the role for you?

The role is to support the development and coordination of the Children in Care Council across the North East region. The Regional Children in Care Council’s role is to help amplify the voices of young people who are cared for and help them make meaningful changes. A core part of the role will include linking with the Regional Care Leavers Board and ensuring the work they are doing is held to account by care experienced young people.
