- Completed 303 settling-in visits
- Made 120 support referrals
- Helped achieve 600 positive outcomes for customers

From Tuesday 1st September, customers may receive a phone call inviting them to take part in our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey.

The survey is being carried out on our behalf by an independent research company called Pexel. Calls will take place over a 3 week period and will come from 020 4538 9096.

Our Annual Report is now live!

Behind every number is a real person. A family settling into a safe, warm home. A customer getting help when they need it most. A community becoming a better place to live.

We're proud to provide quality homes, great services and support that makes a real difference to people's lives.

Looking back on 2025/26, we're delighted with what we've achieved together with our customers, colleagues and partners.

- 88% of customers are satisfied with the service we provide
- 91% feel they are treated fairly and with respect
- More than 6,800 homes managed across Cheshire and Warrington
- £4.6 million helped back into customers' pockets through income gains
- 21,988 repairs completed

These figures are important, but it's the people behind them who matter most. Every repair, every piece of support, and every investment help customers like you live well and feel at home!
