The next Hartford Parish Council meeting is on Monday 8 June 2026 at Hartford Village Hall (Chester Road CW8 1LW), from 7.20pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the meeting, in person or the link on the agenda.

The agenda is posted on our noticeboards and the agenda and papers are available on our website.

Public Participation

There is a ‘Public Open Forum’ session before the meeting at 7.20pm, where you can raise issues and concerns with the Councillors.

Members of the public are welcome to attend in person or virtually using Microsoft Teams via the link on the agenda.

It would be helpful if you could contact the Clerk if you plan to attend, especially if you wish to speak – [email protected] or 01606 784401 as the time usually allowed is limited to 15 minutes in total with each individual given 3 minutes to raise their issue.

Sharing on behalf of the Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership:
The Northwich Health & Wellbeing Event takes place on:
📅 Tuesday 9 June
⏰ 11am – 1pm
📍 Northwich Brio (Memorial Court)
This free drop-in event will bring together lots of organisations offering information, advice, and support on health, wellbeing, and local services for Northwich residents.
There will also be free health checks on the Living Well Bus from 10.30am to 4pm, with no appointment needed.

Hartford now has a new police team - Police Constable Adam Baxter and Police Community Support Officer Phil Hambleton. As part of the local neighbourhood policing team, they will work closely with the community to help keep Hartford safe and address local concerns.

They are happy to chat if you see them in the village, or you can join their next drop-in Police surgery at Hartford Village Hall on Fri 22 May from 3 - 4pm.

Interested in how our village is run? The Annual meeting of Hartford Parish Council takes place on Monday 11 May 2026 at Hartford Village Hall (CW8 1LW), at 7pm. Straight after this Annual meeting, there will be:

- a Public Open Forum, where residents can raise issues and concerns with Councillors. This will start at 7.20pm, or later if the first meeting overruns. The time usually allowed is limited to 15 minutes in total, with each individual given 3 minutes to raise their issue.
- a full Council meeting. This will start at 7.30pm, or later if the first meeting overruns.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the meetings, in person or via Microsoft Teams.
