Good afternoon,
With our present ban on steam and problems with our club locomotives being poorly we will be having Scamp number 78 running on Sunday and as it is a bank holiday we will be running on Monday with Scamp number 49 to provide rides for you.
We hope the weather doesn't put you off visiting us this weekend.

Good afternoon, don't forget that we are running a steam engine on Wednesday afternoon to provide rides for you.
The engine is called Sir Hugh, some of you will have seen it before, a very nice engine.
We hope those of you who visited on Sunday afternoon for our mini gala had a great time, we look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Good afternoon again,
On Sunday we will have a few engines on track running around for what we are calling a mini gala.
We hope to have at least three steam engines and a scamp running up to now so for the steam enthusiasts it should be a treat for you, and for anyone else of course.

Good morning,
This coming Wednesday 29th we have steam on track for your pleasure. (Pictured below). Also we have a battery loco running on Wednesday, could there be a bit of double heading going on occasionally, come and find out.
Also we have the same steam engine running on Sunday 2nd august.

Good afternoon,
Thirteen years ago today we ran our first train at our new site next to Blakemere craft village not knowing what to expect that day or in the future.
I don't remember how many people turned up for a ride but it was quite a few.
Since that day with a lot of hard work from our members and great support from you our visitors and not forgetting to mention Blakemere village for their support as well we have exceeded all our expectations in what has been achieved.
We have gone from a short length of track giving rides from one end to the other to a complete loop around the woodland to the point where we have track running all around the woodland, in and out of everywhere.
We now also have a fantastic station building to keep us all dry when it is a bit wet which is greatly appreciated, a ticket office and also one day hopefully a working signal box.
There are a few ideas in the pipeline still to grow and improve the railway even more.
Who knows what the future holds, I don't think anyone imagined that it would grow to what we have today.
