About the roles:
As a Customer Service apprentice, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries across phone and email, providing clear guidance, and helping keep essential public sector services running smoothly.
As a Commercial Support apprentice, you’ll join specialist procurement teams managing major commercial agreements, supporting supplier and customer relationships, analysing data, and contributing to national‑level projects across Technology, Estates and Corporate Solutions.
What they are looking for:
Customer Service Level 2:
- 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) in maths & English (Grade C/4+)
Commercial Support Level 4:
- 5 GCSEs including maths & English (Grade C/4+)
- 2 A‑levels (or equivalent)
- To be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
It’s a bonus if you have:
- An interest in customer service, communication or public‑facing work
- An interest in procurement, commercial work, data or project delivery
Skills that will help you shine:
Strong communication skills, organisation, accuracy, teamwork, problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work at pace.
Location: Norwich (Also available in Liverpool, Newport, Birmingham)
Hours: Full‑time
Wage:
Customer Service: £27,759 Commercial Procurement: £29,795 – £33,073
