📍 County Hall, Norwich (Hybrid working)
💼 Permanent contract | 37 hours per week
💰 £29,064 – £31,022 per annum (Scale F)

Join our Direct Payment Support Service (DPSS) team and help empower over 1,400 disabled people to recruit, manage and retain their own Personal Assistants — supporting independence, choice and dignity.

🔹 Coach and empower individuals through the full employee lifecycle
🔹 Work flexibly across home, office and occasional in-person support
