Mindfulness and Race: Healing Unconscious Bias

Increase your awareness about diversity and discrimination and their links to mental health

Explore white privilege and how mindfulness can bring unconscious biases to light

Understand the neuroscience of distress and how mindful self- compassion can support and nourish us
