It was lovely to have been able to take Phyllis out into the community in her new wheelchair she has not been out for a while and was delighted to have been able to do this. Phyllis went to the cafe at the Dixon centre and she purchased some chocolate eclairs from the Coop. Phyllis informed the Manager on her return that “it has been wonderful”.

It was really lovely to see how happy Jo was today, after being pampered in the hair salon and then joined everybody for dinner. It was so fascinating to hear how she knits bears and has donated them to charities and to see her knit these is a great skill that we are all in awe of. ❤️

This afternoon for our men’s club, they frequented the local pub, to have some male camaraderie. A nice alcoholic beverage, a game of pool and some good male banter. It was lovely to see them come back to the home happy and smiling. ❤️
