The pool is located in a range of 18th century listed barns at Smallburgh Road, Barton Turf in a building that has had various uses ranging from rearing calves to storing farm produce, but which became redundant in the 1990s. A sympathetic and unique conversion has been carried out which has enabled all the original red brick construction, the pantile roof, and the original beams to be retained. T

he pool is unusually large for a time-share complex, measuring 16.6 metres long, 6 metres wide and a uniform 1.2 metres deep – giving a very generous surface area of almost exactly 100 square metres (or 1070 square feet). It is, therefore, highly suited to those seeking to improve their fitness levels, and, for training purposes, for the more serious swimmers who need to know what distances they have accomplished – 3 lengths of the pool equals 50 metres, 6 lengths 100 metres, and so on.

Are you looking for a fun and friendly way to celebrate Easter? Why not join us for one of our Easter swimming sessions at Swim in a Barn? Our sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities, and you can choose from 30 or 60 minutes of swimming time. We have limited slots available, so book now to avoid disappointment!

Our Easter swimming sessions are:

Saturday: 1pm and 5.30pm
Sunday: 12pm, 6pm and 7pm
Monday: 4pm

The prices are:

30 minutes: £20
60 minutes: £40

The maximum number of people per session is 6.
