Important news from Cotman / Places for People.

A CHILD has been caught SCRIBBLING on some internal WALLS.

Maybe if they reopened the playground which has been mysteriously shut for nearly 10 years this poor child wouldn't have to resort to drawing on the walls for entertainment?

Then again, they are probably safer inside as Cotman refuse to do anything about the 2 known paedophiles living here.
