Your local library has something for everyone and it’s free to join. When you join, you can use any Norfolk Library to:
• Borrow up to 15 books for free, for up to 3 weeks at a time
• Borrow the latest DS, Wii & Playstation games at affordable hire fees
• Borrow the latest DVDs at affordable hire fees
• Borrow the latest CDs (not all libraries) at affordable hire fees
• Return all of the above to any library in Norfolk
• Download ebooks from the Norfolk Digital Library – up to 6 at a time, for a maximum of 3 weeks
• Request books online
• Renew books online
• Bring your children to Bookstart Bounce & Rhymes & other events
• Use our PCs – office software, email and the internet are all free
• Access study material
• Research local history
• Access business information (not all libraries)
Your library card will expire every three years to allow us to check that the information we hold about you is correct. Please note we are unable to answer queries outside of our opening hours and from 1pm Saturday to Monday. Disclaimer
