Our book of the week is 'The Predicament' by William Boyd. The much loved storyteller returns once more with a thrilling espionage novel of obsessive love, starring reluctant spy and accidental hero, Gabriel Dax. Gabriel's latest operation takes him to Guatemala, under the guise of covering a tinderbox presidential election.

In a race against time, Gabriel must navigate deceit and danger, knowing that the stakes have never been higher.

This week's Book of the Week, is 'Longbourn' by Jo Baker. It takes you into the home of Mr and Mrs Bennet and their daughters, following their lives and story laid out in Jane Austen's 'Pride and Prejudice' but from the overworked housemaid Sarah's perspective, with many twists and turns and scandalous potentials.

Our Book of the Week is 'Best Summer Ever' by Heidi Swain. All ready for the arrival of summer weather this half term, we have a sweet, summery read for you.

Summer is in full swing when Daisy drives back into Wynmouth, having left both her most recent job and the man her parents thought she was going to marry. Coming home could be just what she needs. And when she's drawn to summer visitor Josh, it looks like there's the chance of it being the best summer ever.
