🎶 A really fun afternoon at Oakwood House today! 🎶

Our singer Andrea came along and put a big smile on everyone’s faces with her lovely music. 🎤 We also enjoyed our family coffee afternoon and there were plenty of delicious and scrumptious cakes to tuck into. 🍰✨

Great company, happy tunes and sweet treats — what more could you ask for? 😊

Our residents had such a lovely treat getting their nails done by Michelle, our Activities Coordinator! 💖

From choosing pretty colours to enjoying a little chat and relaxation, there were plenty of smiles all round.

Our residents had a wonderful week enjoying cheese tasting 🧀, mixing fresh fruit drinks 🍓🍊 and getting creative with flower arranging 💐🌸.

Lots of laughter, great company and beautiful results — our home is full of colour and happy memories! 💛🏡

💇‍♀️✨ A lovely pampering session at Oakwood House! ✨💆‍♀️

Our residents had such a wonderful time enjoying some well-deserved relaxation. 🥰

First up, Anne and Christine worked their magic, making everyone feel fabulous with fresh hairstyles and plenty of smiles along the way! 💇‍♀️💖

Then it was time to unwind as Lisa Penman Complementary Therapy treated everyone to gentle, soothing hand massages and beautiful aromatherapy scents — pure bliss and relaxation all round. 🌸🕯️

Our residents loved getting creative with our weekly flower arranging! 💐🌿

So many smiles, laughter and beautiful conversations as everyone created their own special arrangements. Our home is now filled with gorgeous colours and lovely fresh scents — it looks wonderful! 🥰🌸

🧁 Sweet & Beautiful Moments! 🌸

What a lovely creative session we had this week! ✨🫶

Our residents really enjoyed getting stuck in with cupcake decorating and flower arranging – and the results were amazing! 🤩

From adding sprinkles, icing and sweet toppings 🍓🍬, to creating stunning little bouquets with fresh flowers 💐… everyone had so much fun.

Simple happy times that make our days so special. ❤️

Our residents had such a wonderful time playing games! 💫 It was so heartwarming to see everyone smiling, laughing and enjoying this classic favourites from years gone by.

Watching them playing spinning tops and cheer as they twirled around brought so much joy to the room. 🤩 It’s simple activities like these that bring back happy memories, get everyone chatting and make our days so special.💓

Today we had very special visitors at Oakwood House...… beautiful owls! 🦉💛
