School uniform from as little as 50p 👕

Our partnership with Cress is helping Nottingham families find affordable, pre-loved school uniform throughout the year, with free items available to eligible households.

Schools are already making a difference:
✅Southglade Primary School has passed on 110 items of uniform.
✅Glade Hill Primary School has helped families save around £500 in just over a week.

Every purchase helps raise funds for the school while giving clothing a second life.

Speak to your child’s school to find out whether it’s taking part, what’s in stock and how to access support, or check at wearecress.com.

💛 Can you support children with disabilities as a Short Breaks carer?

Visits are planned and often follow a regular routine. Children can develop trusting relationships and feel comfortable and secure during their stays.

Short Breaks Care provides respite for foster families. This allows them to rest, focus on wellbeing, and maintain family relationships knowing their child is safe and supported.

By becoming a Short Breaks Carer, you can play an important role in a child's support network and make a lasting difference.

❄️ A Council Tax freeze for Nottingham?

Our draft budget proposals for 2027/28 would see no increase in Council Tax next year, while continuing to invest in the frontline services that matter most to local people.

Over the last year we've invested £45 million in services including road improvements, cleaner streets, more community protection officers, support for families, greener neighbourhoods and help for carers.

Now we want to hear from you.

✅ Do you support freezing Council Tax?
✅ If not, what level of increase would you support?
✅ If additional money was raised, what should it be spent on?
