An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Bone Health Nurse to join Nottingham CityCare Partnerships Bone Health Service on a 12-month fixed term contract or 12-month secondment.

We have a full time position and a part time position available (working 22.5 hours per week)

This is a community-based role within a proactive, forward-thinking service delivering evidence-based assessment, treatment, and follow-up for individuals with osteoporosis and those at risk of fragility fractures.
