Notts LGBT+ Network

Notts LGBT+ Network Proudly offering information and support since 1975. We connect and represent the LGBT+ community in Notts to feel empowered everyday.

Notts LGBT+ Network is a registered charity run entirely by unpaid volunteers

Based in central Nottingham, we have been offering support and advice to the county’s LGBT+ community, their friends and family, as well as local organisations and businesses, since 1975

Our network creates a safe space for people looking for information, advice and help relating to LGBT+ issues, including sexuality,

gender identity, sexual health and emotional well-being. We primarily work with over 18’s but we are able to signpost to organisations who work with under 18’s

This Sexual Health Week, we're supporting .

Sexual health services are more than appointments and tests. They're about helping people connect to trusted information, expert support and healthcare that empowers them to take control of their sexual wellbeing.

If you're looking for advice, contraception, STI testing or treatment, services are there to provide confidential, non-judgemental support.

Remember you can call 0300 131 7010 or visit our website to book an appointment or order an online testing kit.

14 to 20 September 2026

This Sexual Health Week, the national theme is "Let's Connect", which highlights the importance of meaningful connections in supporting our health and wellbeing. The campaign explores how stronger connections with ourselves, our relationships and our communities can help improve sexual health, reduce stigma and tackle health inequalities.

Connecting with trusted sexual health services is an important part of staying well. Whether you're looking for information, contraception, STI testing, treatment or specialist support, local sexual health services provide free and confidential care to help people make informed choices about their sexual wellbeing.
