Fairest-Futures Fairest-Futures’ main objective is to provide a voice to the voiceless by providing advocacy or equipping our clients with the skills to self advocate.

Fairest-Futures is an award-winning social enterprise, founded by Shaniqua Mckenzie, who drew inspiration from her personal experiences of workplace discrimination. Fairest-Futures’ main objective is to prevent people who suffer workplace discrimination from needing to bring a claim to a tribunal. Our grievance writing team provides clients with dedicated drafting support. The campaigning team lob

by for changes in employment law legislation which reduce the possibility of discrimination taking place. In the penultimate year of Shaniqua’s degree, she entered the Ingenuity Competition hosted by Nottingham University. The competitive program offers student entrepreneurs the opportunity to develop their start-ups, and compete for a recognised title and grant funding. In July 2022 Fairest-Futures was awarded the Southeast Regional Champion and began to work towards its objectives.
