We are aware of a scam email claiming that residents need to reactivate their Garden Waste account.

This email did not come from Nottingham City Council. We can also confirm that no personal data held by the council has been accessed.

Please be aware that official council emails are sent from addresses ending .govdelivery.com.

If you receive an email from any other address asking you to reactivate your account or click a link, please do not click any links, provide any personal information, or make any payments. Delete the email immediately.

If you're ever unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact us directly.

Get sorted for September and go along to collect Uniform and more. We know that school uniform can be a big expense, so do go along and see if there are items suitable for your children. If you have items to donate these are also gratefully accepted.
