Looking to improve your balance, mobility, strength and stamina in a friendly and supportive environment?

Our Seated Exercise Class launches on Monday 19th October at 1.30pm at Stapleford Community Pavilion, and there are still plenty of spaces available!

This class is ideal for anyone who:
✅ Struggles to stand for long periods
✅ Is new to exercise
✅ Wants to improve strength, balance and mobility
✅ Would like to maintain independence and support long-term health
