It’s always encouraging to see students using their skills to make a difference in the local community.

Yesterday I visited Nottingham Trent University to meet with Digital students and talk about the work of Clifton NG11 Food Bank.

We explored how their digital knowledge, creativity and fresh thinking could help us improve what we do and ultimately support more people in Clifton and the surrounding community.

Really excited to see what they come up with!

£98 coming in. £122 going out on food, bills, transport and other essentials. That leaves a £24 gap in just one week.

This budget shows how quickly everyday costs add up. If you can, please share this post to help make local need visible and support NG11 Food Bank’s work in Clifton. 💚

⏰ Just a few days left to support the Morrisons Food Drive!

There's still time to donate at Morrisons stores before the collection ends on 20 September.

From tinned food to everyday essentials, every donation helps Trussell community of food banks provide vital support to people facing hunger and hardship. If you're able to, please add an extra item to your shop.

Thank you for your support 💚

There is light at the end of the tunnel for anyone with a debt problem. As Sophie's story shows, sometimes it's the small steps that make a big difference! 💛

People turn to food banks as a last resort, when they have no money.

We need real solutions to make sure that people have enough money in their pockets so that they can afford to live. 💚
